Palm oil transporting vessel (M.V. SAMPOW PALM)

The vessel is categorized as chemical tanker which can use for transporting many kind of chemical product including palm oil products. All cargo tanks are well coating with the food grade paint especially to carry the palm oil products. This vessel is designed to have a very low draught comparing to another same size vessel. In other word, when M.V. SAMPOW PALM receive full load, her draught will be only 5 meter. Therefore, it becomes a competitive advantage when our client needs to receive the product at the narrow and shallow port

Vessel Which is Certified. by International Safety Management.

M.V. SAMPOW PALM is the near coastal type vessel which is certified by International Safety Management, ISM (Management system for ship safety equivalent to ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000) from Thailand Maritime according to International Maritime Organization, IMO. Referring to these Thailand Maritime regulations, the Ministry of transport will endorse the standard approval certificate for vessel auditing. These documents are acceptable and can be used to verify our ship potential to transport to product to Southeast Asia for example International Load Line Certificate, International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate, Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate, Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate, Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate etc.
M.V. SAMPOW PALM has 2 types of marine insurance that cover and protect from unexpected damage during the transportation as you can see in the following:
- Hull & Machinery by Dhipaya insurance Public Co., Ltd. which covering an unexpected damage from on ship hull and machinery.
- Protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance by the Shipowners’ club which covering an unexpected damage transporting products, pollution and third party.

Preventive Maintenance. working at full efficiency.

- M.V. SAMPOW PALM is the vessel that maintains the condition well from a good preventive maintenance. Therefore, the vessel can be operating with the best efficiency and never stop by the lack of maintenance. It is one of a goal that has been set by our shareholder, Marine Acme Thai Dockyard Co, Ltd., the professional in marine ship repair.
- Our company has a very good relationship with Sattahip Commercial Terminal (Chuk Samet pier) which causes a good advantage to us when we need to contact and collaborate for our vessel to be alongside or departure smoothly without long time waiting. Also, there is a huge benefit to our clients who receive the product shallow port at the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) area such as tax exemption and transporting cost reduction.
